Insurance
Groups or individuals who rent any part of the facility must provide proof of insurance. These insurance costs are in addition to other fees and charges associated with rental facilities within the Evergreen Cultural Centre. Specific information regarding insurance requirements forms a part of the Facility Use Agreement.

SOCAN Charges
Groups or individuals who rent the facility and produce or play music during that time shall be responsible for reporting and paying all tariffs or royalties imposed by the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN). Specific information regarding these charges forms a part of the Facility Use Agreement.

Box Office and Ticket Information

The Evergreen Cultural Centre requires that tickets to your event in our facility be printed through our box office, and that a portion of those tickets be available for sale through our box office services. As well, we are happy to arrange consignment allotments for your organization to sell through your own membership. Our box office offers the convenience of in-person and telephone sales six days a week, Monday - Saturday, noon to 5pm. In addition to cash and cheque transactions, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit payments. 

The cost for setting up each event is $15.00 for General admission or $20.00 for reserved seating. The cost of printing tickets is $0.13 per ticket printed. All tickets are subject to GST charges and a $1.25 CIF (Capital Improvement Fund) surcharge.
