You can charge-by-phone during regular Box Office hours. Call 604.927.6555 and select "1" to speak with a representative. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

THE FINE PRINT
Exchange & Refund Policy
Tickets are non refundable. No exchanges. Tickets to the Theatre Series may be exchanged depending on availability. Please call the Box Office at 604.927.6555. Please retain your original ticket(s) upon presentation at the Evergreen Cultural Centre Box Office. Requests for ticket exchange will be accepted only until 5pm the day of the performance.
Order Fees & Service Charges
Ticket prices include HST and a $1.25 CIF fee. An additional service charge is applied to tickets purchased at the rate of $1 per ticket up to a maximum of $3 per order.
Lost Tickets
In the event that you have lost your ticket(s), please call the Box Office at 604.927.6555.
Ticket Prices and Age Requirements
Senior: 65 years and older.
Student: Full-time student enrolled in public school, college or post secondary with valid I.D.
Child: 12 years and under
Minors
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
