Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the "theatre" lingo? Not too sure about the rules & regulations? Here's a quick reference guide to help you make an informed decision on your ticket purchase.
Adult - Anyone who doesn't fit into the "special" categories listed below.
Child - 12 years old and under. Children under 2 years are free only if they DO NOT occupy a seat. It is mandatory that children be accompanied by an adult.
General Seating - Also called Festival Seating or General Admission. It is non-reserved theatre seating based on first come-first serve. We recommend patrons arrive early if they have a specific seating preference.
Groups - A group consists of 10 or more people attending the same show. Tickets are purchased together as one transaction at a group rate of ususally 10% off.
Hearing Assist - There are four hearing assist units available free of charge for each and every performance in the Studio Theatre.
Latecomers - Once the show has begun, latecomers will be seated when there is an appropriate break in the performance in order to avoid any disruption to the performers and other patrons.
Senior - 65 years and older
Student - Full or part time student 13 years and older with valid student I.D.
Subscription - A bundle of one ticket to each show in a series. For example, An Arts Club Theatre Subscription or Family Series Subscription.
Wheelchair & Special Seating - The Studio Theatre, Art Gallery and public spaces are wheelchair friendly. We ask that you advise the Box Office in advance at the time of purchase. Wheelchair parking is located in the upper drop off area near the main entrance.
